Timeframe: 8 months - Svetlana has worked as strategy consultant for Diageo on several strategic transformation initiatives over the period of eight months in 2011 - from setting up the project management processes for the portfolio of initiatives to developing strategy and executing analysis for several specific initiatives... Svetlana was able to get up to speed quickly grasping the complexities of the industry and organizational internal environment and has built productive relationships with various stakeholders accross Diageo North America. She was both able to develop innovative strategies and in-depth analysis for select initiatives - as well to organize the team of Diageo initiative leaders and push the process of strategy development and implementation forward in a significant way.
