Timeframe:  8 months -  Svetlana has worked as strategy consultant for Diageo on several strategic transformation initiatives over the period of eight months in 2011 - from setting up the project management processes for the portfolio of initiatives to developing strategy and executing analysis for several specific initiatives... Svetlana was able to get up to speed quickly grasping the complexities of the industry and organizational internal environment and has built productive relationships with various stakeholders accross Diageo North America.
